I have spent several years of my working life supporting the families of children who suffer at the hands of a one-size-fits-all education system. In 2018 this involved setting up a social enterprise which then became a Community Interest Company (not for profit) called Square Peg.

In February 2023 we were able to publish a book for educators and other professionals, bringing together the views of 56 creative and diverse individuals. It's a great reflection of the organisation and its network and I am immensely proud to have completed the book as my final sign-off before handing the baton on to my Co-Director, Ellie.
